It had everything they needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the homeowner was very smooth throughout the entire process, which we truly appreciated. "The host’s communications and attention to detail were excellent. The home had everything we needed to make us feel “at home”. The pool was fantastic and much need as we had days in the mid-90s! The house was spotless, everything was clearly labeled with instructions and the area guide was very helpful. We had one small issue with the pool heater and the host was aware of it before we were. He actively communicated the issue and addressed it by sending a service out on a Saturday. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this to anyone looking for some downtime. "

"Convenient condo unit in small gated complex steps away from Red Rock Ranch Country Club. The unit is adjacent to the street but in a quiet location. We enjoyed the walled-in backyard space for outdoor dining and relaxing. "

"We enjoyed our stay, great place for a family get together. The size of the accommodations was ideal. Lots to do outside and in. Just a few suggestions to improve the experience. Smart TVs were challenging for all (old & young). We actually went to a sports bar to watch the NCAA basketball finals. The chairs on the patio need new cushions that really soften the chairs. The wood trim around the kitchen counter is very sticky and needs to be refinished. We found 2 dead mice in the pool when we arrived, a talk with the pool service might help"
