"The house was great. It had everything we needed. It’s located near gas stations, restaurants, and grocery stores which is nice. However, the outdoor patio and pool area needs some improvement. The concrete, the privacy walls, the outside of the house, the patio furniture and outdoor umbrella—almost everything looked like it needed to be repaired or replaced. It was a little disappointing because that’s where we were wanting to spend most of our time. "

"Our group of 7 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. We had room to spread out and nice spots for visiting. We enjoyed the use of the outdoor area with comfortable seating. The home is stocked with about anything you would need, is very clean and well thought out. The location is vey central to the places we needed to go. We even took the recommendation of one of the restaurants that were suggested in the welcome manual to eat on the night we arrived. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking and hope to stay again if we return to Mesa. One last comment is that the property was conveniently located close tho Mesa Gateway Airport."

"The host’s communications and attention to detail were excellent. The home had everything we needed to make us feel “at home”. The pool was fantastic and much need as we had days in the mid-90s! The house was spotless, everything was clearly labeled with instructions and the area guide was very helpful. We had one small issue with the pool heater and the host was aware of it before we were. He actively communicated the issue and addressed it by sending a service out on a Saturday. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this to anyone looking for some downtime. "

"Convenient condo unit in small gated complex steps away from Red Rock Ranch Country Club. The unit is adjacent to the street but in a quiet location. We enjoyed the walled-in backyard space for outdoor dining and relaxing. "

"We enjoyed our stay, great place for a family get together. The size of the accommodations was ideal. Lots to do outside and in. Just a few suggestions to improve the experience. Smart TVs were challenging for all (old & young). We actually went to a sports bar to watch the NCAA basketball finals. The chairs on the patio need new cushions that really soften the chairs. The wood trim around the kitchen counter is very sticky and needs to be refinished. We found 2 dead mice in the pool when we arrived, a talk with the pool service might help"

"Great home and host. The heated pool and spa was great. The pool toys could be improved, but overall we had a great time. It was close to all the activities we wanted to do: hike at Superstition Mountain, ASU baseball game and Spring Training games. "
