I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Pai Village, we strive to provide a great service experience for every customer therefore, your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrences. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, however, I would like to clarify the proper information that you arrived at the resort at 13:55hrs. Unfortunately, since we were fully booked the night before and the arrival room was not ready as standard check-in on time we apologize for that but we tried our best to accommodate all the guests who arrives at our resort. And our staff who did check you in have told you to wait for the room about half an hour, then you will get the room. But when you went outside and came back to the resort was in the evening already.
