Excellent location and great property

We stayed for a few days to tour the area and enjoy the great weather. This lodge was perfectly placed and very comfortable. Very clean and well maintained with everything we needed. Everything worked just as planned and we would recommend it to others.

For us, the location of this lodge was spot on, we enjoy the North Coast, so travel time to our favourite beaches was hugely reduced. The lodge is fantastic, equipped to a high standard and thoroughly clean, it was hard leaving the queen size bed behind. Thoroughly recommend this accommodation, however I can’t comment on the parks facilities as we didn’t use them.

Beautiful Cornish Retreat

From the outset our host Julie has been welcoming, helpful in every wayand professional. The lodge was beautiful, spotless and modern. The lodge is cleverly laid out, feels modern and fresh and neither the humans nor our pooch wanted for anything! Very central located as well. Beautiful Lodge

The lodge was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Check in process was straightforward and Julie responded quickly to any questions we had. The park where the lodge is located was quiet - we felt it was more residential than a holiday park. The grass areas around the lodge needed some TLC quite overgrown. Overall it’s a fantastic property and we had a great weekend.

Wonderful days in Cornwall

We had 10 wonderful days in the lodge of Julie and did many trips to alonĝ the cost path. Especialy the way from Harlyn over Trevon to Padstow is bautiful. With our care we visited a variety of sights in Cornwall.

The camp site has a real issue with drainage, the property absolutely stank of stagnate water and sewerage. The owner knew this and confirmed the reason as well as it being empty for a while. It also hadn't been cleaned, there was dirty and rusty utensils, the Bbq has been left used and uncleaned, the owner came and took it away but didnt replace it as it "isnt BBQ weather". The cooker was dirty with black bits of burnt carbon falling into the food inside meaning we couldnt use it. The furniture was left with remnants of food under the cushions, dirty tissues and bits of games stuffed under the cushions. The owner refunded the cleaning cost and offered another clean but i had already spent time cleaning and trying to rid the smell. I would not recommend this property nor would i return.
