Very enjoyable stay at high standards
I do not know if to start with the kindness and professionalism of the staff or the premises themselves which are just amazing. This small boutique hotel is located at a 2 min walking distance from the basilica of saint Antonio and has all the attributes of a 4-star hotel ( although rated only 2, which is definitely not the case), starting from the very modern nicely furnished rooms to the excellent breakfast with pastries coming from the best pastry shop in town, freshly squeezed orange juice etc. I had a special treat for my birthday, which is always nicely appreciated. All in all , the ratio price -quality of service is just incredibly good. Thanks to all the staff who were very helpful and who made me have an unforgettable stay.

Unfortunately only a maximum mark of 5 can be given, but more would not be undeserved as the hotel staff go out of their way to be helpful. The style of the hotel is stylish, yet young and dynamic. It has lots of amenities including free in room coffee and beverages. And the location is just smashing, in view of San Anthony Basilica. Truly recommended.

Excellent in a bad situation
I had a reservation at this hotel in Padua just as Italy went on lock down across the country from the coronavirus. The hotel itself was closing as I arrived but they put me in a nice suite-like apartment that was owned by the hotel. The staff could not have been nicer - giving me options on places that were open, where I could get food and the latest information about what was happening. They also made sure I had the appropriate paperwork to get to Rome and then home. I look forward to returning under better circumstances.

Or stay at hotel Belludi 37 was wonderful. We got to the hotel an hour before check in and the concierge let us park in the hotel's parking and immediately helped its to our room. The room was on the 2nd floor, very nice, very clean, and with a view of the Basilica del Santo. It is a few minutes' walk from most of Padua's points of interest yet very quiet and comfortable. The hotel's staff is extremely helpful and dedicated. The breakfast was delicious and, overall, my stay at hotel Belludi could not have been more pleasant and relaxing.

Lovely location in a genuine quarter of the city, just by the stunning Basilica di Sant Antonio. Minutes walk from historical centre. Among the most friendly welcoming experiences I've had when checking in to a hotel - personal, helpful, and I was offered nice refreshments. Very charming room with a large and comfortable bed. Free soft drinks (and a beer) in the fridge and complementary snacks. I only have positive things to say about this gem in an authentic part of beautiful Padova.

Fine location, great staff
We enjoyed 2 nights here at the end of a trip to northern Italy. We wanted to be close to Marco Polo airport, but this hotel proved to be far better than simply a convenient final stop. The location was great for our purposes. It’s practically next to the Basilica Sant Antonio, and an easy walk to the Prato della Valle park. It’s just a block away from the tram line which stops at or near several other major sites as well as the train station. Our room was beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The minibar was nicely stocked and everything in it was complimentary. Our deluxe double room 106 was not large, having only 1 chair, and if we had been there for 3 or 4 days we would have wanted more room and more seating, but for our short stay it was fine. Breakfasts were very nice, featuring eggs cooked to order. The absence of a lift caused no problems for us as the staff brought our bags up on arrival and down at departure. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful. They gave us good recommendations for eating places, phoned to confirm our places on an in-demand English language guided tour, and arranged a very seamless transfer to Marco Polo airport. They also had tram tickets on hand that they simply charged to our room. Andrea, Alicia and Anna seemed genuinely interested in our enjoyment of the hotel and of Padova, always greeting us enthusiastically as we came and went. We would gladly come here again on a future visit to Padova.

Staff so welcoming. Greeted us with a glass of wine, help with suitcases, our friend had a birthday and found wine and chocolates in her room that evening. Bed very comfortable. Great location.

Delightful short stay in Padua
This small friendly hotel is ideally placed for a short stay in historic Padua or as a base for visiting nearby towns such as Vicenza, Mantua or Ferreira. The staff were exceptionally helpful and saw to our every need. We occupied the corner room with a lovely view of St Anthony’s Basilica. The decor is fresh and contemporary without being intimidating. The location was ideal for some of the major sites in the old town and close to very good public transport to the train station and the central area. The surrounding area was safe at night and provided a variety of restaurants with traditional food.Be sure to book a time to see the Giotto frescos in the Arena Chapel.

We chose this hotel based on the excellent reviews of the staff and they did not disappoint! Alice was very emailing us ahead of our arrival to ensure we had a parking spot, and she was very helpful with directions and securing tickets to Scrovegni Chapel. The room was very nice and we will definitely stay here again.

Impressive cosy small hotel in Padua
The most impressive thing about Hotel Belludi 37 is the staffs. They are so helpful and make your stay very enjoyable. The location is withing walking distance of almost everything. Bus and tram stops are just around the corner. If I have a chance to visit Padua again, this will be my first choice to stay.

Fantastic hotel. Location is central, easy to walk In inner town. Amazing service . We have never had more help in any European hotel. They go out of their way to make you comfortable. Great breakfast. Our time there was really fruitful and fun because of the excellent service of staff. Can't say enough good things!!

We only had one day in Padua, but we made the most of it! The staff at Hotel Belludi contacted us beforehand to find out when we would arrive. They arranged for us to get into our room early, which was very kind. And they helped us arrange transportation to the Venice airport, which is about a 45 minute drive from Padua. The room was small but very effectively designed. A high ceiling helps to make the room feel quite spacious. There is a sophisticated, Illy coffee machine and a mini-bar. We were told to help ourselves to items in the mini-bar at no extra charge. Sadly, we did not consume the free wine! The staff also got breakfast started for us a half hour before the usual opening time on Sunday morning. The breakfast contained an unusually wide assortment, including nice fruit, cheeses, breads, cakes, and eggs cooked to order. The hotel is located right next to the Saint Anthony church complex, about a 10-minute walk from the main historic district. We definitely will return!

Excellent Boutique Hotel
This hotel was outstanding. We wish we had stayed here longer. The service is consistently excellent from the front desk check in, check out to breakfast. High quality. Very boutique. Generous hotel that offers lots of extra small perks that add to the stay. I would stay here again without a doubt and would probably go out of my way to try to enjoy another stay at this wonderful hotel. Free bike rentals into town. Excellent recommendations from staff. Suggestion: for future guests with a car contact the hotel in advance to reserve parking.

Such a modern gem conveniently located. The rooms were roomy and very clean and had such great design elements. Comfortable bed and tall ceilings. Complimentary local snacks and drinks were thoughtfully set up and provided, so basically a free mini bar you can raid without the big price tag. We got prosecco and more snacks upon checking in while they brought our luggage up. The staff is the BEST part, we Andrea and Alice were both fantastic. They provided us directions for parking and for dinner. Near the major sights and they even help us park our car when we drove in. They offer private parking in their garage for a small fee, worth it when you consider how hard it is to find overnight parking nearby and the ZTL zones. This was such a pleasant surprise since we booked so last minute and wasn’t expecting this great a place!

Brilliant service from friendly efficient staff : From a welcome coffee on arrival and early entry to our room right through to carrying our bags down from our top floor room on the departure day. And when there was a problem with the shower in our room we were immediately given another room AND a compensatory bottle of nicely chilled Prosecco. The hotel rooms are quiet and well appointed. The Belludi is very close to a tram line for easy access to other old parts of Padua and to the rail station.

Stayed just one night at Belludi 37 in a Junior Suite. The entire staff before and during my stay were very friendly, professional, and helpful. The rooms were very clean, I'm very picky about that. Everything was all inclusive. My only complaint is the room was not exactly as pictured--the renovations made to convert the building into a hotel with a bathroom area were a little odd. A modular-type unit for a closet, shower and toilet area was set in the corner of the room, kind of difficult to maneuver in. The mattress and pillows were hard and uncomfortable, and the air conditioning didn't work very well. The hotel was in a very good location to be able to walk to the main historical areas and piazzas. A very nice stay, but the accommodations were not up to my expectations based on others' reviews.

Kudos to the staff of this lovely hotel, well located near the Santo and a few steps from a tram that takes you to and from the train station. I arrived quite early - even earlier than I told them in reply to an email they sent to me asking what my arrival time would be. So they were on the ball. When I arrived at 9am the room of course wasn't ready, but they invited me to have breakfast (not included for the arrival day) and an hour later the room was ready. The staff was accommodating, knowledgable and helpful and created a lovely atmosphere in this small (especially my bathroom) and well-appointed hotel. No complaints.

Stylish, minimalist bedroom but not all equipment worked ad very noisy fridge that had to be turned off at night. Poor noise insulation between rooms. Good shower but no shelf to put toiletries on.

This property has an official two star rating but it has 5 star service. Nothing was too much trouble and, even better the staff were proactive in the way they treated their guests. Simple questions when we were coming in or going out meant they were always one step ahead of our needs. All area of the property were immaculately clean and the facilities in the room were much more than expected. There was even a mini bar stocked with various cold drinks that were included within the rate. The continental breakfast was lovely with the freshest of breads, cakes and fruit and was constantly replenished. To top it all, it was my wife's Birthday whilst we were there and, having displayed the cards on the table in the room she had the surprise of a birthday gift from the staff of the hotel when we returned from our day's sightseeing that evening.. My wife and I thoroughly recommend this hotel, which had a perfect location in the city centre to anyone visiting Padova. And, being only 20 minutes on the train from Venice it can make a trip to that city much more reasonably priced than if one stayed in Venice itself . Congratulation to the Owner and staff at Beludi37 you have manage to find the levels of service that most large, 5 star establishments can only dream of.
