"Our stay at the hotel was nice. We stayed one night to attend the Half Moon Bay pumpkin festival. The room had a great view of the ocean and we could hear the ocean at night with the window open a bit. The room was on the smaller side, but that was fine. It had a mini fridge, but it did not have a blow dryer. The big negative of our stay was the floor was filthy. We didn’t know it at the time because it is a dark brown flooring, but we were barefoot and when we looked later at the bottom of our feet, they were almost black. It was terrible. And since the room isn’t that big at all, it would be super easy for staff to be able to just take a swifter and wet mop that floor. Other than dirty feet, our stay was great and I probably would stay there again."

"We stayed in a Jr suite with an ocean view, and it was lovely! The room had two sliding doors, so floor-to-ceiling windows and it was allll ocean view. The room was very spacious with a couch and desk, very comfortable bed, bar area, and separate vanity. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend."

"Home was spacious for our family of seven. Good layout with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the second floor. The 1st floor powder room was great. Seating in living room was really only for 5.The table tennis in the garage was a surprise and a big hit the the 3 children. Location was good but it would have been nice if the description stated that the beach was really not for swimming or surfing. Parking on the street was not close at times but never much traffic in the neighborhood. Laundry area was in the garage.The kitchen was large and fully equipped. Plenty of plates and silverware. The toaster was barely workable and there were only 3 wine glasses and 3 cocktail glasses.The ice maker was great and made plenty of ice and the water dispenser in the fridge got lots of use.Overall, it was a very nice stay and the family enjoyed it."

"The property was immaculately clean and comfortable. There is a wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony. The home was tremendously well prepared and everything was incredibly functional and welcoming. One issue, they must have had some problems with loud guests as the owner is very cautious about guests creating obnoxious amounts of noise."
