"They are doing repairs and the scaffolding hindered our view and we were celebrating our 30 year anniversary. The next day after we spoke about the construction hindering our view and privacy, we were moved to a suite on the opposite side of the hotel. It was so much nicer. The staff were helpful and friendly and the GM Danny took care of us. We will definitely be staying again and referring friends and family "

"My recent experience with Hugo at the front desk was one of the worst I’ve had at any Marriott property. He should be immediately coached — and frankly, considered for demotion if this level of service is typical. Upon arrival, Hugo remained on the phone for approximately 10–15 minutes while I stood directly in front of him, waiting to check in. He did not acknowledge me, make eye contact, or offer even a basic “I’ll be right with you.” His priority appeared to be the personal conversation he was having — which, notably, was conducted in a very friendly and enthusiastic tone. When he finally processed my check-in, his demeanor completely changed. He was dismissive, provided no information about where my room was located (which turned out to be on the complete opposite side of the property), and showed zero effort to make the check-in smooth or welcoming. He handed me the key cards with visible sarcasm and no professionalism whatsoever. This behavior reflects poorly on the entire property and completely undermines the Marriott brand standard of hospitality. Guests should never feel ignored, disrespected, or inconvenienced at check-in — the most basic interaction that sets the tone for the stay. I strongly urge management to formally coach or reassign Hugo. His attitude and lack of attention to guests are unacceptable and completely inconsistent with Marriott service expectations."

"Needed more than 1 roll of tp per bathroom Stronger paper dispensers, deep pocket sheets for queen bed, and more heavy duty shower curtains so that they aren’t wrapping around you while you are showering. Otherwise, very nice stay and very nice hosts/ owners. Gated. Aside from some freeway traffic in the background, great stay. "

"I love this motel. I work in the area a lot but this is the first time I’ve stayed here. Two weeks and such a comfortable stay. The best part is the full kitchen. I’ve been working on the road and living out of hotels for 3 years straight and it’s such a blessing to be able to cook in a full kitchen. I’ve stayed in many extended stay type hotels but all you normally get is a stovetop. Here I have an oven and can get more creative with my meals! The staff is excellent. Ravi and his family are very helpful and accommodating! Five stars!"
