"Staff was very accommodating especially with a last minute request. Very nice and helpful as well; no attitude at all. As much as an apologized for the request they were very understanding with the situation. The only down side would be which isn’t too crazy is that the parking lot is a little small. Other good things is the area it’s in is very close to pretty much everything"

"Second floor bathroom soap dispenser was empty when we arrived. The rugs in living room space and primary bedroom are curling up causing tripping hazard. The freezer door was frozen shut and could not access ice. Dishes left in dishwasher. Quick text responses. Easy communication. Great central location."
