Check in was a breeze, the husband & wife that run the property are friendly,respectful, & helpful with any concerns you may have. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels everyday.

Room was clean and spacious. Property is old but well maintained. Only two negative issues; there was no mirror in the bathroom or anywhere else in the room. The only rooms that had a King bed as we requested were on the second floor and there is no elevator. The stairs are steep and handrails extremely low. With arthritis and a knee replacement the trips up and down the stairs were excruciating. We would definitely stay again if there were a ground floor room available.

Manager service was extremely good

Single women and wanted to have a room close to the office. The manager understood right away and moved me closer right across from the office. It made my stay safe and i slept well the two days I stayed.

The room was spacious. The bathroom looked to have been recently remodeled. Big shower and nice shower head. We were only there to shower and clean up after a day at the beach before we went home.

Our Stay

The room at the inn was clean and presentable. The closed caption feature on the TV and/or remote controller did not work as designed and it was very late for us to report it to the office. Where we stayed, one of several construction utility trucks doubled parked in the front of the unit where we stayed so we had to park our car elsewhere on the premise a little far. Overall, it was a nice place to stay for a reasonable price.

For a budget motel, the facilities were nice, restaurants were in easy walking distance, and the facilities for the disabled truly outstanding. Unfortunately, the bathroom counters were filthy, the bedroom floor crunchy with ramen noodles. If my housekeeper ever left my apartment in such a condition I'd fire her on the spot. But it was over Christmas, so maybe they were short staffed, or the maid service distracted. Good place for a tight budget, I'd even recommend it IF they cleaned better.

This motel was acceptable as an overnight-on-the-way-to-somewhere-else place.The room was dark, not very clean, the lighting was broken/gone, the toilet ran. Luckily I had transportation, went and purchased some cleaning supplies, and used them. The room had a window in the bathroom that provided an ocean breeze and some sunshine- very nice. The staff was shocked when I asked for a lighter room. Not possible as a large part of the hotel was rented to a group of workers on a monthly basis. They and the other guests were all very pleasant. The staff did not seem to appreciate my asking where the laundry was (it was "out of order", a laundromat was down the street) and for the WIFI password. The password did not work. After writing it down for me the owner looked at me and said "Go away". I would not recommend this hotel although tit did seem safe from thieves. Had it not already been paid for I would have looked elsewhere. I left a day early.

Desk clerk was very polite & friendly. Hotel not much to look at but good stay for the price. I would rather stay here than the local motel 6.

My standards are very modest (I happily stay a Hotel 6 all the time). This place failed to meet even the budget hotel standard (not even close actually). Many parts of the room were dirty (especially the windows and baseboards). There were holes in the wall and peeling paint. The room smelled terrible. I had to leave the windows open all day and night.

Great manager for a budget inn!

It was within my budget, so I would say the price is reasonable for the accommodations. Front desk manager is very understanding and great to work with.
