"Perfect location! "

"Location is very good, sadly the room we had on the 9th floor could do with some tlc. Curtains had rips in them , room could do with being repainted . Book for three people to stay but the room was only set out for two people so had to call to get this sorted . The bathroom light flickered but was resolved within 30 minutes of reporting this . Staff were very polite and welcoming ."

"The view from the room was outstanding. I had a room with a view of Tower Bridge. The food at the hotel was quite good. If I had to knock anything, it would be two things: The bathroom and the bed area. The bathroom seemed dated. There were no outlets by the bed to plug in to either. I don't know if I've ever seen that before. I'd recommend the hotel, but be aware of what you'll find going in."

"Good location for overnight stay before flying, just a short bus ride to the airport. Breakfast was excellent varied and hot. £15 overnight parking charge not included in booking! Long queues for lifts"
