"We absolutely loved our stay at the Royston. We both opted in for the 3 course dinner and the food was excellent. Worth staying in a wet Welsh evening. We really appreciated how as a dog friendly establishment they cater for our dog. Treats in a room and lots of fuss.
Lovely small touches like fresh homemade cookies in the room , great full cooked fry up in the morning. Great sized room , with en suite . "

"While we only stayed one night at the Inn, I'd love to come back. The building is incredible, with rich history and interesting rooms. Staff were fantastic and the location outstanding."

"The chalet was clean and comfortable and in a lovely peaceful and picturesque location. However we did have a problem with the bathroom door as lock was lose and on occasions we couldn't get out of the bathroom or in if the door was properly closed. On stripping of the beds as requested by the cleaning company notes left in the chalet, my daughter was quite upset to discover a dodgy looking yellow stain on the mattress protector under the bottom sheet and also on the pillows. "The room was fantastic, spacious with every detail considered. The bed was very comfortable and huge! The bathroom had a separate bath and shower with double sinks. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Definitely worth a visit! I forgot to mention the food, that was delicious too!"

"This is a lovely place to stay, a hidden gem. My only comment would be that we did object to some banging the door and trying to get in at 8:30 this morning. Then as we wouod packing up to leave at around half 10, the same bloke was sat leaning against the front window. Told us he was waiting to clean the place! Him aside we enjoyed our stay"
"This was an amazing find. The cabin is so well thought out, comfortable, and located in such a beautiful area. This place is one of our favorite stays of more than a dozen in the last year. "
