Appartement insalubre: moisissure dans la salle de bain et présence de blattes (cafards). Les draps sont usés et sentent mauvais. Les serviettes d’un blanc/gris douteux. Réfrigérateur sale…. J’ai signalé au propriétaire dès notre arrivée qui n’a jamais répondu pour proposer une solution. On a dû quitter l’appartement en urgence pour un hôtel. Vivre avec des moisissures et des cafards est prendre des risques sanitaires. Cette annonce est une arnaque, méfiez vous et je doute de la véracité des commentaires positifs. Je vous mets un échantillon de photo pour vous faire une idée. Surtout ne croyez pas le propriétaire qui vous dira que mon commentaire négatif est une vengeance car j’ai voulu changer les dates. C’est l’argument qu’il m’a sorti quand j’ai posé la question pour le commentaire à 6/10 signalant déjà un problème de propreté

Lors de notre court séjour à Ouistreham, avons pu profiter d'un hébergement confortable (lumineux - chaud -spacieux et calme) Situation de l'appartement à proximité centre ville et commerces

Séjour événement

Week-end à l’occasion de la fête de la coquille St Jacques. L'appartement correspond exactement à l'annonce.Le contact avec Muriel à été parfait. Les informations apportées pour accéder à la location sont précisent. Bonne situation, à égale distance du port, et de la plage. une fois sur place pas besoin de prendre la voiture.les petits commerces, restaurants, sont à proximité. Le logement est très agréable, et très calme. Adresse à retenir.

Fantastique

Une petite parenthèse de quelques jours qui nous a fait du bien …. Un appartement très propre, au calme et très proche du port, des musées, du centre ville, de la plage .. pas besoin de prendre sa voiture. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ….
