Dishonest and deceptive practice from Either Expedia or DKPH. Before booking there was a review saying that the two bedroom VILLA that is advertised and detailed is not the room you will receive on check in. I ignored the review and unfortunately booked. Spent the first hour of our so called holiday arguing with the reception staff about the sub standard room they had aligned for us. I took screen shots of my booking so I know exactly what I was entitled to. Do Not Book Villa at Discovery Plaza Hotel 2 bedrooms etc as you will NOT get it.

At the beginning of my arrival they told me that there was no booking until I showed them via email from your site. They then gave me a different villa than the pictures in the booking. I had no other choice because I could not cancel the reservation because of the terms of cancellation and wasting time. Also ask for time so I lost three hours to the subject. Please take the necessary action by you and compensate me financially for what it deems appropriate
