"The hotel is in a great location for either walking around Ouistraham or more likely catching the ferry to Portsmouth. It is a little dated now and the bedroom (we had) could do with some modernising. That said, the bed was very comfortable and the bedding clean. The breakfast at 11 euro is probably not worth it (very basic and not much variety) but although we didn't eat dinner there the food coming from the kitchen looked good and there was enough on the menu for everyone. Limited parking out front was handy and there is an EV charging point for two vehicles available but I don't know how quick it is. The team were friendly and we had no issues with check in or leaving. It's also pet friendly and being so close to the port I would book again."
