Quiet, modern hotel

Very comfortable stay in a new, small, modern hotel in a quiet, out of town location. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and professional. Breakfast was perfect for our needs, with buffet restocked constantly.

Stayed here for a base to see the D-day beaches and is a good location for all of these. The breakfast was good and is a new modern hotel. The staff were friendly and spoke good english.

This was a lovely overnight stay in a new, clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were fantastically helpful and kind and made our short stay a joy. The rooms are modern and spotless and the breakfast was also surprisingly good and varied for the modest price. We will be back and highly recommend.

Valentin & Adelie were both amazing! Valentin at check in was so nice, went above & beyond, recommended an amazing restaurant on the beach not far away; Adelie provided lovely service - both were so friendly making our stay perfect! I cannot say enough good things about the 2 of them!! Highly recommend this hotel!

Property was clean and located in a convenient location. Room was nicely appointed - comfortable bed and large shower. The breakfast that was included was not included - there were no eggs, a few pieces of bacon, and bread (no danishes, croissants, etc).

Lindsay working at the reception/ front desk. Very helpful and service minded. We really felt welcome. All the staff was very friendly and service minded. The room was small but OK. Overall a good stay!

Very limited dining options unless you want to drive away from the hotel. The Pizzeria next to the restaurant is excellent- but unless you want pizza every night it’s limited. Breakfast in the hotel is excellent however.

A new hotel, great staff and customer service

Not yet a year old so still quite pristine. Typical up market motel style accommodation. Pristine bedlinen, fresh carpets and spotless bathroom. Very clean everywhere. Wonderful spacious shower too which was lovely. The welcome from the young lady on reception was very good, she was determined to assist and did all she could to provide info and an extra set of pillows on request. Breakfast was also very good. Only 12 mins to the Caen ferry at 7 am so a good option. Will definitely stay here again for ferry crossing trip x

The hotel was easy to find, staff were very friendly, room was clean. A/C worked great! On the not-so-great side, only 2 pillows on bed. No extra pillows available in room. Mattress was hard. I had truly hoped for better based on reviews from others. Breakfast was not great. Free yes, but not really great in terms of choices or taste. Overall, I’d stay again but bring my own pillows and buy snacks.

We liked the Holiday Inn Express Caen/Epron. It was new, very clean and the staff was exceptionally helpful. The only drawback is there isn’t anything within walking distance. It’s kind of in a business area so you can’t walk to a cafe or even a grocery store. We had a car and were comfortable driving everywhere so it wasn’t a problem but it could be if you’re expecting it to be in an area that is walkable.

Bon séjour au calme avec excellent accueil

Parfait. Bon accueil. Parking fermé. Très calme et literie très confortable. Bon petit déjeuner mais les oeufs brouillés pourraient être cuits normalement et pas tellement trop cuit☺️.
