"This place for me was an ideal location to be able to visit family in the area for holiday weekend and have access to the many things to do outdoors in Seguin. This place was more impressive then I expected for a highway side motel. Room was impeccably clean. Lobby was large and simple - could have used a bit more furniture for sitting and waiting. Breakfast bar was REALLY good again for the price of the room. The courtyards were so cute with firepits and chairs, and I love that they rent ATVs for use. I didn't try the restaurant so can't speak to that but - staff was responsive with a barking dog issue. Big parking lot with lots of room for boats and trailers. And excellent highway access. Definitely would recommend as a place to stay while exploring the area. Lots to do on the old highway 69, where it is located. "
