"AMAZING VACATION, Highly recommend.All the cottages I have been to have tons of Mosquitos and this cottage has almost no Mosquitos.VERY Spacious cottage with big bedrooms and cathedral Ceiling, with 3 king beds2 Queen 1 single and 1 Pull out coach it allows up to 13 people to sleep over.The kitchen is very well equipped, and everything was in good working order.We really enjoyed all the amenities and well equipped …board games, Babington/volleyball net, canoe, bikes, spa. Ideal garden for relaxing and for the kids to play. Rocky beach across the street to go for a swim. Lots of sandy beaches are also easily accessible. Parking Passes for the Awenda park, a few minutes by car from the house, are available to enjoy it for free."

"One of the best cottage stays ever! Robert and Rosanne were excellent hosts. First of all, the short boat trip to the cottage is amazing , Rob explained a lil history about the bridge. He explained everything well and check-in was so seamless. The cottage has a personal touch and the patio is excellent. What a view! We enjoyed the water, the lily pad was so nice to have, Everything was very clean and as beautiful as the picture, even better. It is a very quiet serene place. They had kept enough drinking water. Overall 101/100. We would love to visit again."

"We recently stayed at Severn Lodge for a 2-night getaway, and despite a hiccup at the very beginning, we left thoroughly impressed and relaxed. Our trip started with a bit of stress when we arrived for check-in and the front desk couldn't locate our booking. However, the staff handled the situation with incredible grace. Even though the kitchen had closed an hour prior, they still ensured we were given a room and provided us with dinner. That level of hospitality right off the bat was very much appreciated. The issue was resolved the next day between the lodge and Hotels.com, and we were able to settle in without further worry. The stay itself was exactly what we needed. While I didn’t utilize the swimming areas or the many flotation platforms, there was plenty to do. I really enjoyed the hiking trails and spent a lot of time relaxing in the hot tub or sitting in a Muskoka chair along the shoreline. It is a truly beautiful and peaceful spot. A major highlight for us was the food. We enjoyed Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner at the lodge, and every meal was delicious. The staff across the board—from the dining room to the front desk—were friendly, helpful, and attentive. It seemed like every time we made a request, it was fulfilled promptly with a smile. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Severn Lodge. It is a fantastic destination, especially for families, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a classic Muskoka experience."

"This property had everything you needed. Down to drinkable water. Our host Terri was super responsive and very helpful. Our pups had the BEST time jumping into the beautiful lake. They also provided all the water toys you needed. Nights were cozy and we had the best sleeps in our comfy beds. Would highly recommend!"
