"We had issues when we first arrived, but the staff were very helpful, and remedied the situation. We found it that a lot of extra expenses should have been included with our stay, like an extra $60 a day to use towels, a $30 fee a day for parking, and an extra charge to use the water inflatables for the kids. Also, for a 5 star hotel, I expect the food to be expense - no problem there, but I also expect the quality to be 5 star. Cottages and Lakes restaurants did not live up to that at all. Beyond those things, you'll find the accommodations lovely, and the staff are wonderful."

"Rob and Roseanne were phenomenal hosts. Cabin was incredibly clean and well tended to. Had access to all we needed. Lots of quiet and privacy.It being a pet-friendly stay made it easy to plan and take the dog for a weekend stay. Would recommend (and stay again)"

"We had a great stay! The cottage was very clean and the property was beautiful. We especially loved the dock and the water, and having access to the kayaks and paddle boards was such a nice bonus. Check-in and check-out were both incredibly easy and everything went smoothly from start to finish. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this cottage!"
