"Spent nine days there the last week in January and early February. The room was lovely.clean,and quiet. The staff were very nice on check in and took great care of me. Even though it’s in a very busy area it’s peaceful inside and nice to come back to after a busy day. Look forward to staying here again and thanks again"

"Room clean. Bed and bedding good. Bathroom clean and updated. Nespresso machine with pods, tea and kettle. Air con bit noisy but seemed to work. Nice bath robes and decent towels. Location ideal for museums. Paid for upgrade to room and it was modern and nice. Worth £40? Can’t say as I didn’t see the Grand King to compare. Breakfast was ok, not brilliant. Staff all good. Disappointing you have to pay a lot for a swim! Only negative is the stupid shower head - if you turn it on, you get soaked with cold water and rainfall showers are no good for a shower without hair washing."

"The hotel is great. Right in T5. The reception staff are 5 star and the restaurant staff are great too. No plug sockets beside the beds is a huge no from me so won’t stay again but gave 5 stars as it’s so comfortable and offers great service "
