"The Loft Room was beautiful, spacious and clean. Only issue was we wanted to use the pull-out couch and it was dirty from food crumbs, etc when we opened it. There were also no sheets and we had to call multiple times for the sheets to come. They asked us what bedding we wanted but did not get the 2 pillows or fitted sheet we asked for. Otherwise we really liked the room and space. We would still go back and stay as it was a great price and space for what we needed. There is also a beautiful brunch place walking distance on the lake."

"The room was clean, a few spots were missed in wall behind the table and in the corner of the room, but it didn’t bother us, everything was good and staff was very useful and in a good mood so that was very refreshing!"

"One of our favorite stays. We have a child in a wheelchair and had a room that was basically an apartment. Staff were super friendly, laundry on our floor, pool was great. We didnt make it to the private garden or games room but they looked great. Walking distance to Enterprise, making car rental convenient. Underground parking which is apparently 40$ however our expedia listing included it. Wish we had booked for longer but we will know next time."

"Beautiful hotel, lovely lobby. Friendly Staff. Our room was very clean and modern, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious, sleek and clean. Hot tub was nice but the pool is very small with limited seating on the pool deck area. Hotel was very close to amenities such as food and shopping, and only 17kms to Canadian Tire centre for Hockey or concerts."
