The room as spotless and the staff very friendly! I found the parking a little difficult due to lack of spots in the evening and a couple of cars parked on the yellow line and that made it very difficult to park my car.

Check in was amazing with the gentlemen working on Jan 16th at 4pm! Very attentive and explained the parking, stay and amentities to us! We both loved the cookies upon arrival! The room size was perfect for what we needed. Was very clean! Only issue we had was the snow created a big mess when entering or leaving the hotel

Staff was very helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. Overall a good hotel to stay in especially if you are attending an event at Rogers. I would say that lighting could be improved as I found the room quite dark and there seemed to be some heating issues as hallways were very cold - but not all of them and the room was a bit cold as well. I also ate in the restaurant downstairs- the waitstaff were friendly and the food was good.
