"My experience with the front desk staff was that they were very friendly, nice and helpful . . . when they could be found. While the rooms were very clean and neat, I wasn’t happy when I found the handicapped accessible room I requested had a standard bath tub/shower set up. The only visible safety feature I saw in the entire room was a metal handle bar for occupant safety when entering/exiting the bathtub. I expected the beds to be lower in height for easier access. In fact, the extreme height of the beds themselves made it very difficult for me to get my handicapped wife safely into the bed without significant physical effort on my part. I am 5’-11” and I myself could not simply sit down on the bed unless I first climbed into it. "

"The house could really use better cleaning procesures. The front door glass was dirty, the walls and trim throughout were scuffed and dirty, the window sills, blinds, mantels, and ceiling fans were covered in dust; and the cabinets felt sticky. There was no hand soap in the upstairs bath, and no hand towels anywhere. The kitchen had no pot holders or dish towels. The dishes in the cabinet were not clean, and if they had been, there were only 5-6 plates. There was water damage on the ceiling in the great room and master bath. Several blinds had broken slats. The host would only offer a refund of the cleaning fee, which I felt was insufficient response for the condition of the property. The beds and couches were comfortable. I would not recommend the listing and will not book it again."

"We had a really great stay at Vision on George. There were some minor issues that we found, such as the bottom hinge of a door unsecured, a coffee pod left in the maker, and some crumbs that were not swept, but nothing that negatively impacted our stay. Vista Nova was great from the beginning. They were very accommodating from the start, asking if we had any special recommendations, needed any suggestions for the trip, and just making sure everything was satisfactory. They checked in on the second day to make sure we had settled in during our first night, and we did ask for recommendations for a good barbeque restaurant. They gave some and we chose one, and it was delicious. Checking out was very easy. Overall, we had a great stay. BUT… the day after we got home, I was contacted by Vista Nova and he began telling me that there were some issues with the house. He named a few things that he said we broke and tried to fix on our own. We did not inspect every inch of the house, but I knew full well that we did no such thing. I told him multiple times during the call that I felt like I was being scammed. The whole phone call felt off. He then told me that his crew would be finishing their inspection, and he would contact me to let me know where we would need to go from there. I never heard from him again. This tells me that I was, in fact, being scammed. As I said, our stay itself was great. If you decide to stay here, just be aware of what happened to us."

"My family met my sister's family in Memphis and needed a place to fit all of us. The room layouts were perfect for our kid breakdown. The house is definitely better for older kids rather than younger, but they do list that in the description. If you are coming for Graceland, it is definitely a great location!"
