Hotel Emion Sapporo

"Arrived early and quite ill due to terrible seasickness from the ferry ride from Honshu. While my room wasn’t ready yet, the front desk staff did call up to the cleaning staff and request that my room be prioritized. I sat in the lobby dozing about 40 minutes, and my room was ultimately ready about an hour early. The room itself was great, good air conditioning and quite spacious. There is a convenience store next door that is very convenient, and the hotel is only a couple blocks away from Sapporo station and all the shopping centers attached. Laundry was easy to use. Would happily stay again."

"Online pics showed a room with a desk but mine had only a bench and small low table. I asked the front desk staff to help with making a reservation and they refused and instead wanted me to use a QR code for a reservation service that did not have the restaurant listed. They just stared at me blankly."
