The location is great - only a few minutes into Canelli, shops and amazing restaurants and wine cellars to visit. The food and wine in the area is incredible. "Poorly maintained, overgrown and tired. Walls are peeling off. The kitchens don’t have an oven. Water pressure is non existent, if someone uses water downstairs there is no water upstairs. WiFi doesn’t work downstairs, upstairs the connection is really poor. No air conditioning. No sofa or other soft furniture except the beds. Dining room chairs are not sturdy, some are broken. Outdoor furniture is old and the plastic is brittle. Not as listed, everything is unkempt. Dirty floors, bathrooms...
