"Wir waren zum dritten Mal hier, wie immer war alles makellos und einfach hervorragend. Der perfekte Platz für einen erholsamen, ruhigen Urlaub . Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt, der Garten und der Pool ebenfalls wunderbar und wir könnten uns vorstellen, auch noch ein weiteres mal wiederzukommen. Sehr empfehlenswert !"

"Lovely hotel with incredible views over the sea, very nice pool, good location with restaurants etc nearby and a 15 mins walk to the main part of Puerto de la Cruz (a bit steep on the way back). Plenty of parking within 5-10 mins walk. Breakfast is good, only negative is that the lifts are quite slow. "

"Mir fehlte in der Beschreibung, dass das Häuschen nicht für gehbehinderte geeignet ist. Das 1,40m breite Bett ist auch nurfür frisch verliebte geeignet. Die Wohnküche hat nur ein 2sitzer Sofa mit Couchtisch, einem Korbsessel und einer Essbar mit 2 Hockern. Ein Tisch mit Stühlen ist nur auf der Terrasse, also nur bei gutem Wetter nutzbar. Die Dusche kann nur unter einziehen des Bauches betreten werden. Der große Fernseher verfügt nur über spanische und englische Programme. Da der Pool nur über eine Leiter zu begehen ist, habe ich als Schwerbehinderte und Einarmiger nicht getraut ins Wasser zu gehen."

"Amazing breakfast and dinner. Spotless! You can feel the hotel had its splendid times in the past with all good quality finishings of the room and jetted bath. The resort has many things for a family holiday including tennis court, small but good gym, kids club, big pool for families and all the entertainments for kids as well. I have to say it’s my first time seeing staff cleaning a plant leaf by leaf! The furnitures are old but they are spotless! The staff love their job and they do a good job as well! We had issue with one room and got a new room without any issue. My boy was sick and they gave kettle free of charge, which is usually 5 euros otherwise. The only thing that worth mentioning but deff not the hotel’s fault is that the location in on the cooler place of Tenerife. If you want to go to sea activities like scuba diving etc, you will need to drive just move 1hr to the other side, the sunny side of Tenerife. To us, we drive around 2:30hrs a day. For a week, it builds up, but we don’t really mind. Preferring staying in a quiet place!"

"Fantastic stay! The hotel is a stunning old house with loads of character and spotless rooms. The staff is lovely, and the location is as central as it gets. As is common with historic buildings, you can hear a little noise from other rooms, but it didn't take away from the experience. Highly recommend!"
