There was an issue with leaking AC in our room when we arrived but it was attended to and fixed right away. I'm not sure what VIP Access is/was so I don't know if we had that or not. Would definitely stay again. We were surprised how well-located and how good things were considering it wasn't as expensive as soon. Great value for the cost."

However, on a Saturday night it was not such a prime spot as music from a restaurant below kept me awake until midnight. In retrospect it was a small price to pay for a very special stay. "
