"We only stayed for 1 night on our way to somewhere else but it was great, could not fault it. Check in was nice and easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had our evening meal in the Irish pub, the staff were really helpful and friendly and food was nice. They also had Guinness on draft which was fab. Amazing nights sleep, really quiet. We had breakfast, again very helpful staff and a great choice of breakfast items. Would definitely recommend"

"Some of the front desk staff were not friendly. A bit sad you have to pay extra for access to the pool. This should be a standard offering and its hours were quite limited. The buffet and food options were pretty good. The restaurant staff were fantastic. "

"This place is beautiful and we were completely pampered the entire time. The pools are only for guests ages 13 and older, so our 8 year old could not swim, but otherwise it was an amazing experience. The staff went above and beyond for us, and were very welcoming. Highly recommend!"

"The good points - large rooms, helpful and friendly staff with easy access to the ski lifts and lots of parking places. Staff great at noting diary free/allergen menu options. Bad points - food in the buffet was plentiful but a bit bland. Beer was poor and my son got food poisoning. Not great"
