"We loved being able to walk to cafes, restaurants and the bookstore and the proximity of the bike path meant that we didn't need our car much at all. We rode bikes to lunch spots, the beach, and to the pickleball courts. The house was tidy and had everything we needed."

"We decided to take a trip to Cape Cod before baby number 2 makes his arrival, and this was the perfect property for our family. We have a 2 year old daughter so the private beach was the perfect place for her to run around and splash in the waves. When she went to bed, my fiancé and I were able to enjoy some quality time watching the waves or playing a game of pool in the game room. I would definitely recommend this property and host!"

"We had a great stay. Central location, very quiet street. The property is just as listed with one added highlight - the back deck was a great spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails! Our only challenge was communication - before our stay we got lots of email, VRBO and text messages, but they all seemed to be coming from different people. It was impossible to know which info was correct."

"Wendy was a great host, great communication and easy to see they take pride in their house. Loved the Beach Salt! Great location about 1/2 mile off Route 6 in Brewster, making it easy to get just about anywhere on the Cape. Nickerson State Park entrance is also about 1/2 a mile down as well as a parking lot for the excellent bike path. House was immaculately clean with very comfortable beds.
