As advertised, worked great for our trip

This was a great rental for our visit to enjoy our sons graduation from Full Sail University. Everything was as advertised, had all the provisions needed for our stay including coffee, TP, towels, etc... and we enjoyed the pool, backyard, and BBQ for a few days as well. The owner was very responsive and helpful, and everything went as planned. I would recommend this rental for anyone planning a similar trip in the area.

We had a great time playing in the sparkling clean pool with our granddaughter. Great place to sit out hurricane Helene. Jorge was wonderful to stay in touch with us!

Good choice!

We stayed at this house, as my son competed at an event at Full Sail University. The location to Full Sail was great, but there were some houses in the neighborhood that were a little run down. House was clean and the pool was great! We would stay there again.

Good house for a short stay

House was a good place for our quick stay in Orlando to visit family. There is a garage tenant we weren’t aware of until coming across it buried in the listing while looking for check out instructions. Even when I inquired about use of the garage, the owner did not mention it to me.

There was a family member living in the garage, not a big deal, just wasn’t completely disclosed and a little unsettling. The house was great, very clean, and awesome outdoor living area with pool. The host was very responsive, especially when his uncle (who lives in the garage) had to be rush out via ambulance.

Orlando stay

Overall, we had a pleasant stay.The property was immaculate. The owner was quick to respond to my questions. We were not able to use the pool but it was well maintained. The biggest negative was the location. It was on a fairly busy street that made sleeping in the front bedroom difficult. We also noticed drain flies. In the VRBO photos it looked like the lanai was screened in.
