"The staff were absolutely THE BEST! They advised us how to best get around the city, gave honest suggestions of places to eat. Everyone gave the appearance they loved what they do, have pride in their Hotel & City, and genuinely care for thier guests. The hotel was clean, polished, well decorated to meet the "feel" of the age of the age and architecture of the building. Rooms were comfortable, had wonderful amenities, and clean. Rooms were small, but you didn't have the feeling of being cramped. The only downfall i would point out, is parking, Its exkpensive to park ($55 valet fee) and virtually no streetparking to even unload car. I would definately stay again and recommend others giving a try!"

Our room was clean, fresh and comfortable..A shout out to the staff who were wonderful and met all our needs, including restaurant recommendations and the valet going 3 blocks to retrieve my jacket from the car. I know I will return the next time in Portland."
