Get away from it all and relax in this remodeled charming cozy cottage. Enjoy the ocean sounds and view from the expansive front deck or stay inside next to the fire surrounded by knotty pine paneling in all the rooms. Also enjoy the peace and quiet of the backyard, from the new full length deck. This quaint cottage is just steps away from the sand. Barbequing is quick and easy on the front deck, which is right across the street from the beach. The front deck is adjacent to the remodeled and fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. All linens are included as well as a 'start-up' supply of both kitchen and bath paper products. WiFi Internet Access and wonderfully appointed beds with 100% Egyptian Cotton Sheets and bedding! Also enjoy the flat screen Smart Tv’s in both bedrooms along with a 55” High Definition flat screen smart TV in the living room. With NETFLIX HULU AMAZON PRIME etc FOR ALL OUR GUESTS!! :)

Although a bit smaller then anticipated it was cozy and warm; pet friendly fence needs closure at drive way, like a gate other than those suggestions and a couple fix it’s with cracked tile in kitchen and a broken towel bar in bathroom I would definitely say location and communication with owner made up for a couple imperfections

All you need for a peaceful beach getaway
You cannot ask for a better location. You are literally steps away from the ocean. The cottage is cozy and everything you need to enjoy a stress-free beach getaway.

We will be back!
This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We love the proximity to the beach. The property owner is very responsive to any questions and in a timely manner. The house was clean and had everything that we needed to be comfortable during our stay. We will definitely be back in the future!

Overall Cute Place to Stay
This oceanside cottage was cozy and a nice place to stay. Pros: the owner allows pets if you want to brings yours, it's not even a block to the coast from the cottage, ocean view from the front windows, cozy feel to the place. Cons: the cottage had a bit of a smell to it and when we tried to air the place out, there were no screens on any of the windows which allowed flies to enter the cottage.

Beach Break
My family and I wanted a beach holiday somewhere quiet and within walking distance to the beach. Couldn't have asked for more with this lil cottage. It's a charming place just steps to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed dinners outside on the back patio and crib games out front watching the waves. We are a family of 5 so filled the space pretty good but there is ample room to relax at nighttime with a movie and the two double beds are super comfortable.We really enjoyed being amongst eachother in the small space as it was family time after all. The beach is steps away and we loved watching the sunset. The only things we missed were some blackout blinds (my guys are used to a darker room so my little ones were up earlier than normal, but that's also personal preference) and a dishwasher. I like to cook so used lots of dishes cooking for 5 but no big deal as the kids helped out washing up which is all part of the experience. The area itself is very quiet and not in walking distance of shops but within a short drive there's all you need and we got some great seafood from Barnicle Bill's on the way in. Mary Jo is flawless with her communication and quick to respond which is always much appreciated. I hope my family will return again, just for longer. All in all-wonderful! Thanks Mary Jo!

Cute, cozy and welcoming little cottage with ocean views. Short walking distance to the beach. This property has a great front and back deck area with a nice sized backyard. Plenty of parking. We will keep it in mind for future trips to Lincoln City.
