"Great location in walking distance of the lake, train station, old town and all main sites. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I stayed in the Junior Suite with Balcony, which was absolutely worth it. The suite was a good size, with a comfortable bed, sitting area and storage options. Everything was kept well stocked and refreshed, and the coffee maker (plus kettle and fridge) and 'little extras' were a welcome addition. I loved the balcony. There is a bar, with a good range of cocktails, and the breakfast buffet has a good range of options (including prosecco/mimosas!). The only suggestion I could make is that the sun loungers on the balcony could possibly be of a more forgiving colour, to help them look nice for longer. I very much enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again."
