"Although I requested early check-in through the Expedia reservation system, at least for one of the two rooms, it was not accommodated. We sat in the lobby until 2:30 PM, watching other guests check in without any problem. In the end, I had to argue with the receptionist, and only then were we finally able to enter the room at 2:30 PM. Otherwise – OK, like any other Sheraton hotel."

"Great location and friendly staff, but the beds are extremely hard!!! We felt like we were sleeping on a rock. Waking up with back pain every morning on vacation is not a good experience. I mentioned it to the staff and the only solution offered was extra comforters to place on the mattress, which didn’t help. Unfortunately, none of us slept well during our stay because of the beds."

"Breakfast was fresh everyday. Pastries, fruit, cake and cold meats, cheeses and salads. Also 3 hot choices, usually scrambled eggs with maybe sausages, beans or sliced fried potatoes. Good selection of breads that could be toasted. Choice of cold and hot drinks - everything needed to set up the day ..."
