Book this NOW! No need to compare or search any longer. It's a normal apartment in a good quality normal building. The walls are thick, the windows are good, the door is solid. You don't hear any neighbours, people walking in the corridors or loud cars. Its just a place that you would normally live in. The bed is comfortable enought, you can't hear the bathroom from the living room, and the curtains are effective (unlike most holiday apartments). Only the iron needs to be changed as it has started leaking.

Good location close to park Lazenki and embassies, quiet, 30 minutes by walk from Central bus station. There are some cafes and small supermarkets nearby. The apartment is clean, good wi fi, everything you need is in the kitchen. Owner is very friendly and always ready to help. Advise to buy clean water to drink.
