Great small hotel very close to Tram and bus far from Metro close to convinient stores. Highly recommended. Very good price good breakfast included in room price. A peaceful retreat with great value The room was comfortably tucked away from the city and main road, offering a quiet and restful environment. Despite the location, Uber and Bolt were readily available and reasonably priced, making transport hassle free. The space was well equipped with air-conditioning and essential amenities. Beds, pillows, and towels were all clean and fresh, and the hot water supply was uninterrupted throughout our stay. Although the breakfast room was quite small, the food quality exceeded expectations. Overall, a pleasant and great stay.

A really good and quiet hotel and excellent value for money. The breakfast was particularly good. The hotel is near a tramline and is well connected to the Old Town and main train station. Take the number 4 tram from the station and get off at Rakowiecka. From there it's a 5 minute walk to the hotel. The number 4 also goes in the opposite direction to the Old Town. I recommend this hotel.

This hotel was a great choice for our last night in Warsaw before our flight home. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and equipped with a kettle and instant coffee and tea. The area is walkable and bus connections are close by. The only thing we didn't like was the carpet in the room- we prefer laminate flooring.

The hotel and room were very clean and well-renovated. The staff was polite and helpful--thank you for all of your help. We loved the area surrounding the hotel-- a lot of dinnig and shopping options. People we've met were amazing-very friendly. Even though we were touring, we intentionally wanted to stay in a regular neighborhood. Hotel Raytown fit the bill and was very close to the tram line making Access to the old parts of the city very easy. The hotel is fairly newly renovated and is well cared for. The rooms are a reasonable size for two people. We did not pay pay for breakfast because it was very expensive and didn’t look like it would be worth the cost.

The property is conveniently located for our friends and family and has good transport links, both bus and tram, into the centre. The room and bathroom were well planned and reasonably furnished. The breakfasts were very good and good value. We will definitely stay here again

Good basic hotel

Good hotel. The customer service was good, although a bit more smiles and friendliness could be added. The rooms looked tidy, but there was visible dust in the corners. All in all, a nice basic hotel. The breakfast was delicious.

Reasonable price for the clean accommodations which is perfect when you're looking for a room just to crash in. Will always book at this property whenever I am visiting Warsaw. :)

Friendly English speaking staff and a neat, centrally located (Mokotow) hotel. However my lights did not work and after checking in I mentioned this to the staff, they did not get fixed unfortunately, after being told they will get repaired. However I would still recommend visiting Hotel Reytan, lovely breakfast buffet as well.

This is a very nice hotel in the Mokotów area. The double room was modern, clean, and comfortable. A very nice coffee house a few steps away, plus some restaurants and bakeries. Due to (temporary) construction of the major streets in this area several public transportation options were suspended and the street was difficult to access. Otherwise I would say that the area was convenient. The main building is quite a bit better than the annex. In the summer try to get a room facing the street, since guests may be hanging out and talking in the courtyard at all hours. The staff tries to keep it quiet though. Overall, a very nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood.
