Clean house, great distance to CBD, very nice owner

Outstanding property and environment, but unfortunately understaffed with poor communication. Could have been the best stay of our trip but spoiled by amazing lack of information. It felt like a cynical exercise in capitalism.

We had a great stay at Kangaroo Bay Apartments. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, perfect for a family. The location is quiet but convenient, close to cafes and only a short drive to Hobart. The bay views are beautiful, especially at sunset.

Iron Creek Bay is not centrally located but an easy drive to town centre and restaurants. Onsite restaurant is not opened for dinner so we cannot comment on the restaurant The place is serene and wonderful with lots of animals roaming around. The orchards have many fruit trees. It's very peaceful there. Our unit is basic and small but clean and adequate for two. Noise insulation is not good as we can hear the conversation and TV of the next room. Our unit is the second from the building entrance so we can hear the door banging every time someone going through the door. The lounge and gym are basic but clean and adequate. The staff are on site between 7am and 7pm. They are friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant stay. Highly recommended
