"As a frequent traveler to Japan, I really like the Shin-Yokohama Associa Hotel. For those who are new to Japan, this is the next bullet train (Shinkansen) station after Tokyo, so a very nice station area, full of restaurants and shopping. The location needs to make sense to your schedule to work- I have a large customer nearby, so very convenient. Very clean room, great view, staff is friendly, and many restaurants all around. Great hotel for business travelers!"

"This hotel was very close to the Yoga train station and convenient to where we needed to be. Room was fully furnished esp with washer/dryer. Although no restaurants in the hotel, there was family mart and restaurants close by to get food. "

"Friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet, room met expectations. Lots of amenities in the lobby like 3 blade razors, bath salts and skin care stuff not found at the average hotel. Free coffee in the lobby too. Only minor negative would be it's a bit complicated to get there from Yokohama station. There's a walkway on the 3rd floor you can take from the department store connected to the station that eventually takes you to the area near the hotel entrance but no signage so you probably wont find that route until you go out for the first time after checking in. "

"This is my go to in Tokyo the staff is alway friendly the onsen is great. Breakfast is the perfect amount. Quite and comfortable. As long as you are not expecting a 5 star american style hotel. I have stayed here everytime i go to Japan and will continue to do so. Thank you to the great staff for keeping the hotel so maintained and making guest feel welcome."

"Rooms are typically smallish, which is the norm for Japan. Staff at hotel were excellent and spoke good English Rooms are cleaned to high standard. Only thing missing was a hotel bar."
