Our unit had dirty dishes in the sink, unclean counters no bedding and only a small window with no AC. The manager came and agreed it was unacceptable and helped us move our belongings back out to the car. I was told I would get a refund and received approx 2/3. The accountant who I was directed to discuss the remaining refund did not return my message. "
