Large 4 Bedroom House on idyllic Armona Island


  • Ideally situated in the middle of the island near the main shop and kids park. 10 mins to the Atlantic beach and 10 mins to the Ferry point. Very close to our favourite lesser known part of the island, the lake and tidal lagoon.

    Original Armona house with traditional Portuguese features interspersed with cute new modifications. Super fast Lazer internet for multiple users. Large TV with Netflix/Prime (Just log in). Large garden area with edible plants and herbs ( 2 lemon trees ). Microwave, coffee machine, blender, juicer. 2 barbecues (1 for fish, 1 for meat).
    Outside shower for washing sandy feet fresh off the beach.
    2 person Hammock for chilling in the garden !
    Large back veranda for morning coffee and quiet time. Large front terrace for dining, and cocktails in the evening. 3 Sun loungers/recliners, 3 large comfy chairs and table to seat up to 10 people on veranda.
    Air conditioners and fans for hotter months, radiators, wall heaters and wood burner for the colder months.
    2 powerful hot water showers with brand new boiler for multiple users and continuous hot water.
    Beautiful sunsets just a few steps away. Step out of the house directly on to the sand. The sea reaches right up to the house 7 times a year !
    House comes equipped with Alexa, hair drier, iron and board, toastie maker, 2 cafetiere, well stocked kitchen with sharp knives.

Passámos oito dias fantásticos nesta casa na Ilha da Armona e gostámos muito da nossa estadia. A casa corresponde exatamente às fotografias e está muito bem localizada: a cerca de 15 minutos a pé da praia da Ria e 20 minutos da praia do mar. Tem ainda a enorme vantagem de ficar a apenas 2 minutos a pé de um dos principais supermercados da ilha, o que é super prático.A casa tem tudo o que é necessário para umas férias confortáveis. As camas são confortáveis, embora algumas sejam um pouco curtas para pessoas mais altas. Todos os quartos têm pelo menos uma ventoinha, o que ajudou bastante nos dias mais quentes, embora mais aparelhos de ar condicionado espalhados pela casa fossem um ótimo extra.O espaço de que mais gostámos foi, sem dúvida, o pátio nas traseiras. É enorme, muito agradável e tem dois grelhadores — perfeito para churrascos, finais de tarde e noites de convívio. Outro extra que adorámos foi a Alexa, que nos acompanhou com música durante praticamente toda a estadia. Se tivéssemos de acrescentar alguma coisa à casa, seria apenas uma máquina de lavar loiça… para tornar as férias ainda mais férias! No geral, tivemos uma excelente semana, sentimo-nos muito confortáveis e foi uma ótima escolha para aproveitar a tranquilidade e o ambiente especial da Ilha da Armona. Gostámos muito!
