Et flott sted for familier med barn. Stedet har papegøyer og andre fugler og dyr. Stort lekeområde både ute og inne. Fint bassengområde med store og gode solsenger. Hyggelig engelsk familie som driver stedet. Enkel og god frokost

Génial avec tous ces animaux, le site est très propre et accessible à tous. Les petits déjeuners sont très copieux dans une salle commune : un peu de tout pour tous les goûts : charcuterie, fruits, boissons chaudes-froides, jus de fruits industriels, flan portugais, pain de mie, croissants, confitures, miel, nutella, beurre etc...(à prévoir un presse orange et des oranges fraiches, serait le top). Les infrastructures sont très bien aménagées (lieu commun pour une cuisine à faire sur place, un salon immense etc...)une grande piscine, jeu pour enfants et les chambres spacieuses rien à dire à part qu'il faut y aller !!! TRES DEPAYSANT

Magnífica atención , precio alto calidad media

Atención en el recibimiento extraordinario. Muy muy amable el personal pero instalaciones algo precarias. No tienen amenities de higiene personal básicos cómo champú y gel en las habitaciones. Pagué 75 € la noche realmente muy caro en precio por la ubicación a 15 minutos de Olhão . La habitación no dispone de frigorífico todo es en una zona compartida. Muy agradable para los niños con su piscina y un mini zoológico con algunos animales. Desayuno básico pero muy aceptable sí el precio de la estancia fuera más económico. Pareja de españoles

l 'hotel est loin de tout . Le petit déjeuner est décevant (pain, confiture industrielles). Le prix est correct pour début fevrier (26 €) mais quand je vois le prix en haute saison (110 €) c'est vraiment exagéré comparé à tous les autres hotels mieux équipés et mieux placés que nous avons fait en Algarve. Il n'y a aucune chaine télé ni radio en français. Par contre pour qui veut cuisiner, une cuisine et un salon sont à disposition c'est pratique; c'est pourquoi cela ressemble plus à une bonne auberge qu'à un hotel à mon avis. Et puis dommage de voir tous ces oiseaux en cage, ce serait tellement mieux de leur aménager des mangeoires pour qu'ils viennent sans être en cage

Espaço interessante, cama confortável

Cheguei ao recinto do Hotel bastante tarde, deram-me atempadamente um código para abrir o portão do recinto e informaram-me como chegar ao quarto que estava à minha espera. A cama era muito confortável, o duche era um pouco desconfortável pois acabei inevitavelmente por deixar a casa de banho alagada. O pequeno almoço é bastante simples, mas muito agradavel e todos os funcionarios foram muito simpáticos. A missão deste Centro é nobre e fiquei feliz de poder de alguma forma poder contribuir para ajudar com a minha estadia.

Nette Leitung, weitläufiges Gelände, gutes, englisches Frühstück, Unterkunft wird von Britten geführt, Swimmingpool klein, Gelände ist mit Tieren (Schildkröten, Pfauen, Papageien und anderem Getier) in Volieren gespickt, Kinderfreundlich, Behinderte werden gerne gesehen und ohne Vorbehalte integriert. Im Preis etwas zu hoch (ist wohl der Nähe zu Faro zu verdanken), WLAN schwach und nur teilweise funktionstüchtig. Zimmer sind okay und hinreichend

A valuable asset

After we eventually found the property, the owners explained the problems they have with gmaps. This hotel is a brilliant concept. A purpose built holiday destination for families with special needs. Well done!

Airco werkte niet en toen ik wakker werd was de kamer bezaaid met mieren. ik wilde niet eens meer douchen. Het leek wel een horrorfilm en ben daar niet voor gecompenseerd . Spijt dat ik geen foto's heb genomen.

Happy short visit

We stayed here to be closed to Faro airport on leaving Portugal and really enjoyed out stay, we would happily recommend this guest house especially to families with young children. The air conditioner in our room was effective and pleasingly quiet, bug mesh on the window, fully accessible showers and a kettle in the room. The small pool is warmed and perfect for relaxing in, kids will love this place. Lots of walks through the lovely grounds looking at plants and many exotic animals. There is a lovely welcoming atmosphere, very relaxing.

Hotel that cannot be found by the address given

The hotel is at a place reachable only by taxi. It's written Olhao at the booking receipt, but in fact it's in Moncarapacho, 7 km from Olhao. The fare is about 13-15 EUR to Olhao one direction! The name and the address given isn't familiar to the taxi drivers at all. It was very difficult for them to find it. After 11PM no one answers the phone for providing help and directions. It's great luck to get there finally at this time.

Hotel atypique

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cet hotel. Tres grande chambre. Il est necessaire de parler anglais pour pouvoir plus discuter avec le personnel. Nous avons pu rencontrer plein d animaux hors du commun. Le personnel s occupe d eux avec passion dans le repect de l animal..tres propre bravo pour leur travail. En voyage de noce, nous avons regretté de ne pas avoir emmené nos enfants ils auraient adoré. Hotel bien situé nous avons pu visiter la côte. Merci a eux pour notre sejour dans cette belle region.

Un hôtel plein de charme où il fait bon vivre. On arrive dans une allée pleine de petits animaux de chaque côté ce qui donne un cachet à l'endroit. Le fait que tout soit adapté aux personnes handicapés et aussi un gros plus, le personnel est très charmant, parlant très bien anglais. La chambre est sommaire mais très propre. Bravo à cet hôtel, nous n'avions pas envie de partir et rester dans cet atmosphère familiale.
