"This property was absolutely lovely.
We booked late on our night of arrival, past 11pm, and the owner, Gino, was waiting for us when we got there.
Our room was cozy, and comfortable, but the star of the show were the three private balconies outside.
Overlooking the sea, with a great view, glorious sunshine and comfortable sofas, it was the perfect way to end an evening, and start the day.

"Great place to stay, I highly recommend it. Very clean, beautifully decorated, modern shared kitchen, large common area and a beautiful outdoor patio with large painted mural. And the room itself was top notch. Good location, within walking distance to shops, waterfront, restaurants, sights, etc. "

"I stayed in a modern tiny house on the orange farm. It was beautiful surrounded by green, yellow and colerful blooming bushes. The big terrace invited to spend the day there. They have 2 pools, one small and a larger one with pomegranates surroundings.
The communication with Tiago was easy. It is very safe, with gate to drive through. I enjoyed this stay very much. "

"Everything was great, easy location to get to and using keypad to get in, all went easily enough. The house had everything that you would need, location is excellent too. Communication with Neil was straightforward and he was extremely helpful. If we ever return, which we might we would definitely stay again. Olhao is a beautiful place. "
"Fantastic facilities, ample wardrobe and hanging space with safe in room, tea/coffee making facilities but not products supplied, small fridge in room, large comfy bed with crisp white sheets, TV, nice bathroom with nice soaps and large walk in shower. Outside there was a really lovely pool with sunbeds round and another seating area up a few stairs overlooking the pool free poolside towels supplied and I think the hotel also provided seaside parasol to be used off site, although we didn't use them. The breakfast as as as expected with all that's needed."

"We stayed there aug7-11, during our visit to Algarve coast. The host was great; proactive with their communications and fast to respond to inquiries. Apartment was as described, spacious, clean, had ac, comfortable beds and the place is conveniently located. Easy and fast access to a nearest food market and city centre."
"We stayed for 2 nights at the beginning of August and were blown away, we felt as though we were staying in a small boutique hotel. The room was exceptional, clean and extremely well-equipped. The whole property was so thoughtfully decorated with traditional Portuguese touches and it was so lovely to see so many family heirlooms being used, we felt as though we were staying with family rather than hosts. The pool area was never crowded and there were plenty of comfortable sun-loungers with umbrellas for shade. Breakfast was wonderful and all staff were incredibly friendly. We wish this family every success for the future and will be certain to stay again - a true Algarvian gem! "
