The whole house had a heating system set at an inconveniently low temperature and one cannot put to it higher value. "Looking for a quiet getaway, the country side was literally at the doorstep so a great location. The property was classic cottage feel with all utilities and clean. The owners were very helpful and welcoming and clear with instruction and we’d definitely consider staying again in the future."

"My wife and her parents stayed 3 nights, and this fit the ticket. Very close walking distance to restaurants, laundrette and tube station. Approximately 40minutes to Kings Cross station. Most of our dining and days were out and about so this gave us a pillow to rest our head and a shower and so it fit us just right. It might be a bit tight to cook in a large feast for 4 if it’s raining out, but the patio was lovely."

We found a great bakery down the street, Oree which had fresh bread and sandwiches. "Fabulous location for us all, parking, everything you need around and about, we all enjoyed our stay tremedously. The only slight downside is the property needs a little TLC and would benefit from a lick of paint now and again to maintain the fantastic appeal"

"We really enjoyed ourselves during our stay. We were walking about 10 miles per day and this house was great to come back to and relax afterwards. There is a nice park area across the street and the village with plenty of options is a short 5 minute walk. The hosts were great and made everything easy checking in and out. Highly recommended!"
