"The room & bathroom were clean and the beds & pillows were very comfortable, which is what mattered as we were just stooping to sleep and continue on. The vreakfast was fantastic (scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausage, biscuits with gravy or jelly, yogurt, cereal, pastries, waffles, bananas, juice, milk). The staff was super friendly. Only problem was you could hear the traffic and your neighbors because the walls were thin. But it was a great stay other than that. "

"Great location. Very close to Old Town and directly across from Sawmill Market- so that in itself made it very convenient. Also close to freeway so easy to get to other places around town. ( but no road noise). Very nice gym and bar area. The restaurant looked cool but we chose to eat in local restaurants. Rated things a 4 because no notice the pool was closed for maintenance for 1 1/2 days of our stay ( in 2026 hotels really need to be more transparent with amenities not being available- this makes a difference when booking, yes but also avoids a partially dissatisfied customer). On the flip side, the gym was amazing- very large and had a nice selection of weights, bikes, treads, and even a yoga space. The balcony furniture needed some updating and stabilization as the chairs did not sit level on the balcony- the table was also wobbly ( neither of these things could have been changed while we were there but worth mentioning ( room 407) so others are aware. The faucet design while unique made it hard to wash your hand as the faucet was set low into the bowl ( to avoid splashing but compromising basic function- still usable but just so consumers know it’s awkward- at least in this particular room- may not be in other rooms. Also the cleaning staff didn’t remove some dirty glasses over a two day period during our stay. Overall, very nice property- staff was wonderful- but at this price point, the little things make a difference. "

"From the time I arrived I was welcomed by the most friendly staff! My room was absolutely gorgeous, clean, cozy and the duvet on the bed made for the best sleep! The corner fireplace was a highlight as was the serene hot tub!"

"This is the perfect little place if you want to feel the New Mexico vibe. The complex is older, but nicely decorated and very well maintained. I would say the only issue is if you’re on the bottom floor, you can hear every movement above. However, our host was smart enough to know that and there are earplugs right by the bed so your sleep shouldn’t be affected. The location is perfect walking to explore Old Town, The Sawmill, and much more. "
