"Was a one night stay. Was a clean room, nothing fancy. Located right on Freemont street. Lots of things to do. "

"Upon check-in, there was 1 front desk person and a line of about 10 people. It's Friday around 4:30pm, and it seems like management should have additional staff for the front desk. I waited about 15 minutes to check-in. The clerk was okay, but not very friendly. I had requested a quiet room when making the reservation and the employee assigned me a room on the top 17th floor. For going to sleep, the location was quiet, however the howling wind woke me at 6am. So the room was definitely NOT quiet. Both beds were terrible due to being lumpy, the mattresses were clearly heavily worn down and low quality to start with. My wife and kids were also unhappy with the uncomfortable beds. There is no microwave in the room! No way to get hot water. No coffee maker, and no coffee in the lobby. The bathroom was unbelievably small, so small that I had to open the shower door and back into the shower to have sufficient clearance to get out of the bathroom (See the attached picture). The bathroom door also would NOT latch due to misalignment between the hole in the frame and the door. At check-out, the front desk employee did not ask how our stay was. He didn't seem to want any feedback. I calmly gave feedback to him and showed the picture of the bathroom door latch. Overall, this was the absolute worst bed I've ever had at a hotel or motel and would NEVER stay here again. "

"Everything was good until you wanted to go to sleep because the music from Fremont Street was really loud in the room and all night long. Might be better in the south tower but the north tower was impossible to get any quiet time to rest."

"Last time I’ll be staying there. A $150 daybed charge for a lounge chair? These people have lost their minds. Asked for a 6:10 am wake up call, they called at 10 minutes to 7am. Parking structure elevator is busted. Parking lot pass didn’t work first time. The stair well smells like human excrement. They gave me “quiet room”. Noisiest room I’ve ever stayed in Las Vegas. They can’t pay me to stay there again. Good Luck!"

"The rooms was clean except for the carpet. Only one elevator to the rooms was working so it was a long wait to go up and down. Then on the day of checkout the elevator to garage broke down. In all it was a great stay."

"The music at the pool was the same annoying sound every day of house edm. Food was great, most staff were great. Casino didn't payout often."
