"Stayed there 4 nights, they didn’t change our sheets, I’m paying over $700 the least they can do is changed our stained sheets. The rooms are full of dust and the windows are super dirty. On the last day (check out day) the cleaning lady knocked on my door at 8:30am, mind you I was sleeping. I checked to see who knocked on my door and she was at the end of the hall, I asked her did you knock? She said “yes, checking out?” I was like yes at 12 right? All she said was “sorry” like seriously?! Woke me up for what? I’m fully aware check out was at 12pm! So unprofessional. I felt rushed out of my room! I paid good money for this stay and it made me feel uncomfortable. This stay wasn’t worth my money, I’ve stayed at many Marriott’s this is the worse experience and dirtiest room I’ve stayed at. Truly disappointed. The lady at the desk on April 16th around 12 or 1pm was extremely helpful and super nice though!"

"Hotel was really dirty . Sign up that said tht they were under construction but def didn’t see any and def not in the area where our room was. The heater was o noisy we didn’t stay the doms night. I’m starting to wonder about Expedia’s hotels have not been having good luck lately!!"

"I didn’t have breakfast because of a scheduled surgery at Mass General across the street. Everything was fine but I didn’t believe that the parking spaces were correct inn width as there was very little space between vehicles even though they were parked correctly between the lines."

"When I arrived at the hotel I did not expect there to be renovations happening on the property. The front entrance was sectioned off and guests were directed to the back entrance to check in. The staff told me the work would continue for another 6 weeks. Thankfully my room was on the top floor far enough away from the noise. The room itself was fine but I did notice the water temperature was weak and could only get warm, not hot. The tub had 2 valves, one for temperature and the other to direct the water flow. You had to guess where on the valve the water was gonna change direction or switch off completely. Hopefully the next time I decide to come back it’ll be more presentable. But for now I’d say wait until the renovations are complete."

"My (very last minute) overnight stay was exceptional! The building itself is not impressive in the usual sense. It is obvious, though, that it once was quite an elegant hotel! My room was quite clean and bed was very comfortable! Every staff member was very nice and friendly! Definitely looks like it needs an infusion of cash, but the room rates are so affordable that they probably don't have a great revenue stream. Sad, actually! Would love to see this place dolled up like it obviously used to be!! Hope they don't redecorate in the standard, blah decor so many places use! Will, for sure, keep this as my favorite place to stay in Boston!!"
