"We arrived quite late but this was accommodated easily. Lee met us, showed us our room, which was beautiful and took our breakfast order.
So many little things had been thought of, even down to make up removal pads.

The only down side is there was no catering as other guests found out and were disappointed as it’s such a good hotel bar and restaurant.. that’s the only down side with the vine hotel.. we would of enjoyed it more if they had more staff on with the catering "
