Clean basic room but I found bed uncomfortable as I could feel the springs in the mattress. Good helpful reception staff. This hotel is in a great location for Skegness centre and the beach.

Cozy and clean

we arrived early and was greeted by a lovely lady who was very welcoming and friendly, the room was clean and cozy and bed was really comfortable i think the room maybe had just been repainted which was nice to see,the only thing i didnt like was the code on the room door, it never worked for me but the lovely man on reception was in hand to help us out.

The cleanliness was very good, credit to the housekeeper and she was so friendly. The night dtaff left a lot to be desired and i often found him sleeping when i went out. The clientele that they have staying in this motel is not for the faint hearted, fights in the car park, cars racing in and out most the night. Poor, very poor. I wont stay there again as it is not safe for most people..

Wasn’t expecting much as the price is cheap but was amazed at the quality of this. Large parking area. Friendly staff treated us at check in. Room was very spacious with a big comfy bed. Spotless bedding. Tea/coffee facilities in room. Wardrobe, drawers, tv. Small en suite bathroom with shower. Shampoo and shower gel products provided. Towels offered. The photos don’t do the rooms justice in my opinion. Would I use again. 100% yes.

Room size was very good, we stayed in a twin room. Lovely walk in shower room. Everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Tea and coffee making facilities. Only downside was there's not a mini fridge in the room. Lovely and clean and we will definitely be staying again. Excellent value for the money] money and plenty of free parking. Much closer to the town centre than we had anticipated. Great stay thank you
