"Comfortable and spacious, with easy access to the lounge area. Disappointed that the fitness room did not have cross trainer, but did have plenty of other equipment. Nearby shops in SM Mall very convenient too."

Housekeeping’s Ceejay was always quick to assist, while Jerome promptly resolved a hot water issue and later handled our check-out smoothly, even addressing our concerns with the manager.
