Extras (water, coffee, adult beverages, etc.) were pricey, but the room itself was not - so on balance, a good value for a clean room, Starbucks quality food and beverage, and safe surroundings. "The rooms had white staines on the chair and couch. The upstairs had a weird smell to it. The main reason we stayed here was because online it said handicap accessible pool and when we asked the staff about the lift they didn't have a clue on how or if it even worked. Two days later they figured out that no one new where the battery was for it so my daughter who is in a wheelchair who was looking forward to getting in the pool could not. Will never be staying here again."
