This hotel is an awesome place to stay for a very affordable price. Friendly staff, typical “better-than-continental” breakfast, but nicely served; great parking and close to awesome shopping (Horrocks’ and IKEA) and wonderful dining (The Jagged Fork!!). Definitely coming back soon!❤️

This property is fine for a short stay. Our room was clean and appropriately appointed. They had replaced the carpet with laminate flooring which I preferred over carpet. There is a large swimming pool which is great especially with kids. There is also a hot tub which was not working at the time of our visit. The breakfast was ok. Overall it is a dated hotel but clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. Front desk staff were nice.

Room wasn't very clean. We needed to disinfect and wipe up hairs that were left in the bathroom, etc. Long curly hair was folded up in one of the towels with another very stained. The bed was rock solid, sliding door was bolted shut (construction area BUT still a fire hazard), and coffee maker was dirty. TV had terrible picture quality, very blurry, and two of the lights didn't work in the room. The shower constantly changed from hot to cold. The Continental breakfast was meh... Not terrible but not great either. There were fruit flies around the tables, the hash browns were still partially frozen, the cereal a bit stale. There was a rat trap in the corner, not even partially concealed. You can tell they were trying to fix up the place, but it has a VERY long way to go. Exposed wires all down the hallways, and thin walls/doors. The two positives were that it was in a good location and that the staff were very pleasant and helpful. There was a convention in the area that booked up all of the other hotels that were in our price range, so we begrudgingly ended up here. We overall felt "icky" being there and would not recommend it.

It was pretty much what I would expect for the price. I did have to clean the room myself a little bit. The TV stand / dresser was caked with dust and I had to clean that off as well as the desk and the end tables myself. Also I found a cockroach in my bathroom alive and well. The breakfast was downright terrible the cereal was stale, the milk was always warm, and the coffee was just something else it was the worst coffee I ever tasted. Although they did always have somebody cleaning the lobby and the elevators and wiping down the glass so that was nice. So overall I rate it a three out of a five. Oh and one last thing the first night I got my key it opened a room to where somebody else was in the room. So I walked in on somebody else that had reserved the room.
