"Our stay at the property was excellent. All of the staff were very kind. From the shuttle driver, front-desk and the restaurant servers. Room is kinda small but very cleaned. Breakfast buffet was very delicious. Me, my wife and my kids enjoyed it. "Great location in the historic Altstadt, surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. Even so, our street-facing room was quiet. The room was clean, the staff friendly, but the room needed a little TLC - paint chipped bathroom door & frame, damaged trim, etc. Easy fix! Breakfast was great. The lounge and library area with Nespresso coffee offered a very nice area to relax after a busy day. Generally, all good and easy to recommend."
